Dein hinweis nehm ich mir zu Herzen( ich muss es nur noch finden, vielleicht unter meinen CD's ...). Und bastel zum 10 mal den Kernel neu, wer kann denn auch schon ahnen das sowas eine Netzwerkkarte zum abschmieren bringt?

Zusammenfassend solltest du mal probieren, alles Powermanagement (ACPI etc.) oder APIC abzuschalten..

Ich hab heute endlich mein naja fast funktionierendes LFS System fertig kompiliert.

Nachdem ich nun heute abend (oder war das gestern?) mein system mit hilfe von FRank zum starten ueberredet hab (anscheinend scheint die alte methode mit den Schlaege androhen zu funktionieren zumindest bei meinen Rechner), haeng ich schon wieder an einem oder 2 kleinen Problemen und mir will absolut keine loesung einfallen:

Nachdem ich gebootet hab bekomm ich sobald ich bsw. mit einem ping meine Netzwerkkarte aktiviere solch nette meldungen:

Feb 17 23:44:50 SG1 kernel: eth0: Transmit timeout, status 00000004 00000241
Feb 17 23:44:58 SG1 kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out

Abgesehen davon das das nervt, hoehren diese Meldungen nichtmehr auf und das Sprengt nach 2 stunden linux sitzung schnell die 5MB Grenze meiner LOGs. Abgesehen davon kann man nicht ordentlich arbeiten weil man nix lesen kann ohne diese Zeilen.

Das andere Problem ist das es nicht moeglich ist einen anderen Rechner anzupingen, mein Router ist unanpingbar (cooles Wort)

Ein ifconfig hilft mir leider nicht viel weiter da der Output der gleiche ist wie es in meinen RedHat system ist. Ich hab es schon verglichen.
Selbst anpingen geht ohne Probleme sowohl mit der 127.0.0.0 IP als auch mit der Festen: 192.168.0.66
Aso der router der nicht angepingt werden konnte hat die IP 192.168.0.99 befindet sich also im gleichen Netzwerkberreich.

Grob geh ich davon aus das beide Fehler irgendwie zusammenhaengen.

Also wenn mir einer Helfen kann bitte schnellstmoeglich hier rein posten.

hmmm Anscheinend hab ich in der letzten Zeit wieder viele Posts geschrieben, liegt warscheinlich wieder daran das ich wieder am Installieren bin von meinen zweiten Linux-System auf meinen Desktop System ... Ausserdem nehm ich das nicht hin das Arnim mehr Posts hat als ich :evil:
