Und in /etc/ppp/hastenichtgesehen...

Und in der /etc/modules.conf

Typ 12 glaube ich ist AsusCom.

Am besten sicher Dir oben genannte Verzeichnisse, und die Ausgabe von lsmod .

Noch besser:
/etc komplett sichern. Sozusagen als Nachschlagewerk für Deine neue Distribution. Ebenso die /home-Verzeichnisse falls vorhanden. Sind noch wo Einstellungen? Alles auf CD packen. Schaden kann das nicht.

Was ist mit Knoppix? Erkennt das die Karte? Dann hast Du die Konfiguration auch noch Debian-like;-)

so, nun wollte ich auch langsam bei meinen server zu plätten um statt der SuSE Gentoo zu installieren, welches mir immer besser gefällt, ABER ich hab derzeit noch keine ahnung wie ich meine billige Konmrad ISDN Karte zu laufen bekomme...

SuSe hat sie als AsusCom PCI (CCD HFC) erkannt.. nun meine Frage...
wie bekomme ich sie in gang....
denn ohne server hab ich kein Internet mehr :-( und kann dan auch nicht mehr nach Docus stöbern....
auf den offiziellen seiten habe ich nix von nem ISDN Howto gefunden.
