auch nach obriger Anleitung wollte diese Leiste bei mir nicht verschwinden. Deswegen hab ich mich mal ein bischen auf die Suche gemacht.

Das Ding ist ein Plugin für khtml. Und diese Plugins werden über einzelne XML-Files konfiguriert. In dieser Fall findet Ihr die Konfigdatei im KDE-Installationsverzeichnis unter share/apps/khtml/kpartplugins/plugin_rellinks.rc. Das KDE-Installationsverzeichnis ist unter Gentoo z.B. /usr/kde/3.3. Da ich die Datei nicht komplett löschen wollte, habe ich einfach mit einem chmod 000 plugin_rellinks.rc als Benutzer root die Datei unsichtbar gemacht. Danach als normaler User einfach KDE neu starten und das Plugin wird nicht mehr geladen.

Ist zwar nicht die beste Variante. Funktioniert aber.

btw: Das Problem ist bereits als Bug dem KDE-Team bekannt und soll im CVS bereits behoben sein. Es besteht also noch Hoffnung, daß beim nächsten mal die Leiste anständig funktioniert.
